        How soon do we have to get in touch with you in order to book you for our wedding date?

        A.
        There isn’t any set deadline to get in touch with us. Surely, as soon as you make up your mind, it is better to reach out to us and book us for your wedding date as we don’t work for more than 25 weddings a year in order to give each couple the care and attention they need. We also rarely work for more than one wedding on the same day.

        Do you shoot both photos an video?

        A.
        Yes! We can shoot both photos and video for your wedding! We're both photographers and videomakers. According to the package you'll choose we might also have one or two assistant with us to make sure we can cover your wedding in the best way. If you want, you can also book us to shoot just your photos or just your video.

        When will you deliver our photos and video?

        A.
        We will deliver your video and/or photos 4 months after your wedding day. Few weeks after your wedding you will anyway receive a Photo Preview. The timing might change according to the season (summertime usually is the busiest!) and our Album and Wedding Box suppliers’ working schedule. Anyway, we will contact you ahead of time to settle a delivery date that’s convenient for the both of us.

        How many pictures will we receive?

        It depends on the Photo Package you choose. For a full-day package we usually deliver 800 edited photos.

        Do you have a price list?

        A.
        Yes, of course! We do have a Photo and Video Price-list. You can receive it writing to: info@ericamanuwedding.com. We consider it a starting point to create your own bespoke Wedding Photo and Video Package.

        Do we have to count you in our lunch/dinner?

        A.
        Yes. We recommend to our clients to include us during the wedding lunch or dinner, even with a reduced menu. If possible, in the same room as the wedding lunch/dinner so that we won’t miss a moment of your day!

        Can you travel to be at our wedding?

        A.
        Of course! We love traveling and discovering new places! We can travel anywhere in Italy or in the world to tell your story! Have a look at our future travel destinations here! You can find our travel expenses on our price-list, we can also create a customized estimate if your destination is not on our list.

        How does the payment work?

        A.
        The payment is divided in three stages: – 30% deposit to book your wedding date – 30% wedding day installment – 40% payoff at the delivery You can pay via bank transfer or cash.

        Can we receive the whole video recording of the day?

        A.
        Yes. You can purchase the whole video recording of the day. You'll find the price on our Price List.

        Can we receive the whole RAW photos taken during the day?

        A.
        Unfortunately not. We don’t deliver RAW files to clients.

        Which equipment do you use?

        A.
        We use a Canon 5D Mark IV, Canon 6d Mark II and a Sony Alpha A7Sii with different lenses. We also have professional video equipment such as a DJI drone, RODE microphones, gimbal and Manfrotto monopod.

        Do you print albums?

        Yes of course! We looove to see the photos we shoot printed! We have a supplier that creates crafts high quality albums.

        How many languages do you speak?

        A.
        We speak Italian (of course!), English, Flemish, Dutch and Chinese.

        Q.

        What if we have to postpone our wedding due to Covid 19?

        A.
        In the unfortunate event that you cannot have your wedding because of Covid-19, you should consult with your planner before postponing. If you don't have one, please consider 2/3 different new dates and choose the one that allows all your vendors to be there. Let us know immediately what you're thinking, the sooner we know, the better! As for our conditions for postponing: if the new date is in the same year, everything will be the same as in your original contract. If you decide to postpone to the next year, you will have to pay the wedding day installment. If you decide to cancel, the retainer is non refundable, but we can offer you a voucher for another service.
